Tourism plays a very important part in the rebuilding of the Cambodian economy. We have world-famous attractions including the archeological sites of the rich history and culture dating back thousand of year. Beside, of these we have rich of the flora and fauna for eco-tourism also. Palm Tours specified on the rich side of culture, civilization, and ecotourism. We have arranged a lot of program to bring you to the culture, civilization, ecotourism, and some to the place that you wish to.

For Ecotourism we are focused on Flora and Fauna , because of Cambodia still boasts extensive wooded areas, with valuable trees like teak, rosewood, ebony, and –in the central zone-oil palm and rubber. Evergreens, sampan wood, and casuarinas are found throughout the country, while mangrove swamps occupy some deltas and coastlines of the south..

Cambodia is filling with flowering shrubs, trees, and plants. Among the most common and famous is the lotus, which is rooted in ponds but flowers above the water surface. This feature has attracted poets and the abundant lotus is a religious symbol to many. Another is the orchid, which grow both in the jungles and special nurseries, particularly around Phnom Penh . There is also the jasmine, a favorite offering at temples; and the frangipani, the bougainvillea, and the hibiscus. In the rain-soaked peninsular Jungles , you can find carnivorous plants like the insect –eating pitcher plant, and some that rely on other trees or plants to live, like the epiphytes, rattan, and other vines and creepers. A complete list of native vegetation includes plants and trees that bear bananas, durians, oranges, mangoes, papayas, and jackfruits among other.

The central lowland consist of rice paddies, fields of dry crops such as corn and tobacco, tracts of reeds and tall grass, and thinly wooded wood areas. The transitional plains are mostly covered with savanna grasses, which grow to a height of 1.5m. In the southwest, virgin rainforests grow to heights of 50m or more on the rainy seaward slopes of the mountains. Nearby, higher elevation supports pine forests. Vegetation in the coastal strip includes both evergreen and mangrove forests. In the northern mountains there are broadleaf evergreen forests with trees soaring 30m above the thick undergrowth of vines, bamboos, palms and assorted woody and herbaceous ground plants. The Eastern Highlands are covered with grassland and deciduous forest. Forested upland areas support many varieties of orchid.

The relatively large extent and diversity of forest cover maintains a diversity and abundance of Wildlife in Cambodia . It is believed that Cambodia features approximately 130 mammal species, possibly more than 600 bird species and an unknown number of reptiles, amphibians, and another animal group. The largest mammals living in Cambodia include the bears, elephants, rhinoceroses, leopards, tigers, lion, gaur, deer of various sizes, tapir, boar, civet, wildcat, porcupine, monkey, flying squired and wild elephant, wild water buffalo, pileated gibbon, otter civet and koprey the Cambodia's national animal. Additional aquatic mammal occurring in Cambodia includes the Irawaddy dolphin, the Chinese white dolphin and the black fin less porpoise.

Among the country's more common birds are cormorants, cranes egrets, and grouse, herons, policans pheasants and wild ducks. Eagles and parakeets are less common, while songbirds and blue-tailed gibbons are rare. These and some rarer species can be seen at the Prek Toul Bird Sanctuary near Siem Reap. Nevertheless, the jungles house a great range of insect-or fruit-and seed-eating species. They also have a large variety of insect, including armored beetles and months with wingspans of 12 inches or more. Scorpions and spiders prowl the secluded areas as well, especially when it is raining. There are also a great variety of butterflies.

Reptiles and amphibians thrive in Cambodia 's tropical climate. Four types of snake are especially dangerous: the cobra, the king cobra, the banded krait and Russell's viper and other different kinds of vipers. Pythons, other harmless snakes, and lizards of all sizes also reside in these areas.

Cultural we focus on the Angkor Temple Complex , the most famous, largest ancient temples and one of the Seven Wonders of the World . They were building between 7 th and 14 th century by Khmer kings when the Khmer civilization was at it height of extraordinary creativity. It is unparalleled in South- East Asia.

From Angkor , the kings of the mighty Khmer empire ruled over a vast territory that extended from the trip of what is now southern Vietnam , north to Yunnan in China and from Vietnam west to the Bay of Bengal . It's magnificent architectural as the evidence of the Khmer's strong belief in religions-Hinduism and Buddhism. King Jayavararman VII is one of the powerful king's in that period. Angkor Complex is the soul of Khmer art and civilization represents the spiritual heart and identify of the Khmer people.

Temples of Angkor consist of more than major monuments, which they spread over an area of more than 400 km2. The most visited temples in Angkor Wat (World Heritage), Angkor Thom, Bayon, Bapoun, Vimen Akas, Takeo, Ta prohm, Banteay Kdei, Pre Rup, East Mebon, Prast Kravan, Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, Banteay Srei, Rolous Grroup.

The Symbol of our company is the Palm tree, which is used in construction (for the roofs and walls) and in the production of medicine, wine and vinegar. Because of the way palm grow (over the year, the tree keeps getting taller but the truck, which lack a normal bark, does not grow thicker); their truck retain shrapnel make from every battle that ever raged around them. Some palms have been shot clear through the truck.

Palm Tours will make every effort to ensure that all services are of a high standard so that all tourists will enjoy staying in our beautiful country. Allow me, along with the director and the group workers, to extend our warmest welcome to your Excellencies, Ladies, Gentlemen, and friends to Phnom Penh and other attraction places, a well-known vibrant city among the ancient cities in the Kingdom of Cambodia .
